🐹 Swap Your Scoot 🚴♀️🚴♀️

Good morning, Bellingham. This is your Friday update from The Hamster Wheel.
Several times this week I found myself being watched as I drove north out of town. This feathered-friend has no messing around stare.

Have fun, and stay safe out there!

2304 F Street (Open Sat 1-3 pm)
Someone did a lovely job renovating this adorable little F Street home. Everything about it is darling. Great yard, great location, nice interior. Especially love the refinished-original or reclaimed fir floor in the bedroom. Listing.

14463 W Bow Hill Road (Open Sat 12-2 pm)
I’m taking us a little to the south of Bellingham with this one. It’s a sweet little farmhouse on 40 acres in just east of Edison. I don’t think there’s a more romantic place in the world than North Skagit. This is the dream if you’re like me and charish every ray of our limited sunshine. Listing.
